National shipping is free and takes between 24-48 hours.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside Spain have a cost depending on the country (price indicated when placing the order) and take between 5-10 days.


In order to make a return, you must do so within the next 48 hours of material receipt of the purchased items.

In case of exchange for a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours, otherwise the return cannot be made. Accessories such as bags, shawls or capes cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all product labels.

*You cannot buy 2,3,4...items of the same model to check the color and then return it. We are not a fast fashion company, we make them one by one in the color and length you want.

For collections outside of Spain, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer depending on the country in which they are located. Once we receive the package back, we will refund the money minus the shipping costs.

Please inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.


If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not exchange it. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your item.


Model or size changes will be made in two ways:

  • If the new model or size is available, the change will be made immediately.
  • If the new model or size is not available, you must wait for the standard manufacturing process (15-20 business days), due to our manufacturing model. Pre-order.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. In case of return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method minus shipping costs. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
