SHIPPING & RETURNS
National shipments are free and take between 24-48 hours.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside Spain have a cost depending on the country (price indicated when placing the order) and take between 5-10 days.
In order to make a return, you must do so within the following 48 hours of material receipt of the items purchased. In case of exchange for a defective item, you must communicate it within 48 hours, otherwise the return cannot be made. Accessories such as bags, shawls or capes cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all product labels.
To make a return you can do it for FREE at our store in Barcelona (C/Laforja 79, Mon-Fri 5pm-8:30pm) or at any CORREOS point (€6.50) or HOME collection (7.80 €) through the following link in 3 simple steps. You will not need to call us or notify us by email.

Please inspect your order at the front desk and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we will not exchange it. Get in touch if you have any questions about your item.
Model or size changes will be made in two ways:
- If the new model or size is available, the change will be made immediately.
- If the new model or size is not available, you must wait for the standard manufacturing process (20-25 business days), due to our model of Pre-order.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. In case of return, shipping costs are borne by the customer. If approved, your original method of payment will be automatically refunded minus shipping charges. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
